FREE MEYVAN THE BEAR

Reading about Meyvan in the link above all seems well ,
But this is not the case, Meyvan is imprisoned in a dog shelter in Ankara, Turkey . http://www.haykod.org/news.php
Her cage is barren she has no stimuli, no companions.
Her pool is often empty.
She has been there alone for 19 years.
This is no way for a bear to live.

However well meaning her rescuers may be they are doing Meyvan no favours by keeping her this way
We ask that MEYVAN be given freely to the  NATIONAL PARK
IN BURSA,TURKEY   where she can live her life with others of her own kind.

read petition letter ▾

We the undersigned respectfully request that Meyvan the Bear be freely released into the care of The National Park in Bursa Turkey .
Failure to do this will result in continued publicity as to the conditions in which Meyvan is being kept .
