Give Phoenix Jones ALL of his gear back!

Phoenix Jones is an average man that protects the innocent and helps the downtrodden and homeless in his free time. Phoenix Jones was arrested for breaking up a disturbance in the streets of Seattle in October at which point the Seattle Police Department confiscated his gear. All charges regarding the incident have been dropped, but the SPD still holds some of his gear hostage. These thousands of dollars in protective body armor, as well as non lethal devices, help him in his fight against crime and human suffering.
Phoenix Jones is not a millionaire.
He had invested large amounts of money in his super hero gear, and does not have the ability to replace it. Phoenix Jones was offered more gear on the stipulation that he would have to wear the logo of a company and promote their product but turned it down because it did not fit with the symbol that is Phoenix Jones.
Phoenix Jones can not afford to replace his gear and isn't going to sell out the message that he's trying to spread. The only way he can be well protected out there on the streets is if the Seattle Police Department returns his "Super" Gear. We're creating this petition in hopes that enough voices speaking as one can make a difference!

Please sign this petition and help get Phoenix Jones all of his protective gear as well as non lethal defensive devices back!
We the undersigned respectfully request that the Seattle Police department return all of Phoenix Jones/Ben Fodor's protective gear and non lethal defensive devices to him post haste. Ben Fodor was cleared of all charges in relation to his previous arrest. In order to safely continue his community outreached patrols he needs his gear. He is not able to afford the cost of replacing it at this time.

We thank the Seattle Police Department for their time and consideration regarding this matter.
