Help us find our loved ones!

Honourable Ministers, Your Excellencies

We the undersigned call on you to continue the search operations for the missing passengers on the Costa Concordia cruise ship. Since the ship sank on January 13th, 15 people are still missing. All of these people are
someone's mother, father, brother, sister, child. It is vital that search efforts continue until all the victims are recovered and reunited with their loved ones.

We appeal to your sense of common humanity and the duty of care you
have in your state responsibilities to take into consideration the
horrendous wait the family of those 15 people have had to endure since the Costa Concordia disaster.

We respectfully call upon you to ensure that the search operation
resume throughout the ship, until all the missing victims have been
returned to their families.

We feel that considering the circumstances of the accident and the
proximity of the ship from the coast, it is incumbent upon Italy and
the countries of those still missing to deliver results. This should
not be delayed any further.

We strongly believe that the technicality, resources, expertise and the
means our countries have should be put to good use in order to expedite
this search safely until all the victims have been found, or at least
until the whole liner and its immediate surroundings have been fully
inspected.

We respectfully urge you to take the appropriate steps to ensure that
the families of those still missing, including Mylène Litzler and
Michael Blemand, are reunited with their loved ones as soon as
possible. It is vital that the victims are returned to their family so
that they can finally find peace of mind.

Please accept, Honourable Ministers, Your Excellencies, the assurances
of our Highest consideration.
