HOUSE BILL 323

  • by: Rep:Jeff Pyle
  • recipient: Hold drug dealers accountable when someone dies from  them selling drugs
Rep:Jeff Pyle (R-Armstrong)said that this bill is the result of the death of a girl in western Pennsylvania from taking ecstasy. He said the prosecutor in that case could not show malice in trying to go after the dealer who dealt her the drugs. This bill would not require a show of malice, and he added that it makes the offense a first degree felony instead of murder in the third degree. The picture on the left is a picture of my daughter Jessica ,she was 20 years old when she died.We need to make a change now !!!
Please go take a look at "HOUSE BILL 323" and help us have them pass this .We are not the only family to lose a child to drugs.Jessica was already on prescription medicine from a doctor at the time, but this guy was stealing it from his place of employment" A Pharmacy" and selling it to people. So why see a doctor if he can steal it?Nothing ever happened to this guy for this, its a shame that the system has let us down like this. Two people were involved in this and they are both free !!!!
Jeff Pyle and Dwight Evans in Pennsylvania will get a copy of this petition .As of today we have sent in almost 1200 written signatures for this bill.
The sad part is,a lot of the people think that they already have a bill for this!!!! Guess what people they don't ,drug dealers have a green light to sell and if someone dies as a result all they have to say is"I didn't mean to do that"that is called malice, this bill is going to change that where you "do not have to show malice"
Thank you for taking the time to read this and maybe we can all make a change. Please let other people know of this site by email, word of mouth ,myspace ,facebook and so on.
