Keep self-admitting baby shaker behind bars

On June 28th 2009, Joseph Andrew DePalma, a former Army member at Fort Benning GA, admitted to brutally pummeling his own 20 DAY old daughter Adalia Regina DePalma in to the couch 10 times from 6 feet high. (He also admitted to doing this once before). He jammed baby bottles down her throat multiple times as well as hitting her in the face over and over. (Yes, keep in mind she is only 20 days old) He then proceeded to shake her to the hardest of his ability for up to 2 minutes just before sitting her in an upright position and snapping her whole limp head/neck all the way back and forth as hard as he could in attempts to snap it. He observed his 20 day old daughter's eyes turning black and swelling out, he then figured he had successfully killed her.  The mother (myself) then woke up and discovered baby Adalia in her condition and rushed her to the hospital. After a series of 5 different stories from Joseph DePalma, he finally confessed this whole graphic story which believe it or not is about a thousand times more graphic than the brief overview I just described. 

Although he admitted all of this to the police and myself, his mother and sister are diehard on having him walk from jail. They claim to use PTSD from the Army as an excuse. Joseph admitted to myself he planned on using this among other Army related sympathy to help him walk from justice. I WAS ALSO in Joe's unit in the army and trust me, he does not have PTSD. It's too easy to get diagnosed with it by saying you have nightmares which he said he did. It's a joke.

Help me bring Joe and his family to Justice. His trial was supposed to be April 12th but got continued to review more of Adalia's medical evidence.

Adalia suffered from 3 cranial hemorrhages, seizures, and now permanent difficulty to the whole right side of her body
