Keep LVPOA Parks Private During Aquapalooza

If you are in favor of keeping Cody Park and all other LVPOA parks private during Aquapalooza, please join our cause and sign this petition. The LVPOA's recent announcement that they intend to open our privately funded park to any and all visitors during the upcoming Aquapalooza event on Lake Travis has left many of their members concerned about the welfare of our park, our neighborhood and our children.
Dear LVPOA Board and Staff:
We, the undersigned, do hereby request the consideration of our opinions, when making the decision whether or not to open our private park to the public during the upcoming Aquapalooza event on Lake Travis. We hereby repectfully request that all of our private facilities remain accessible only to "members in good standing and their accompanied guests", as your policy dictates.
