Legalize Hybrid Animals in Massachusetts

My family was going to adopt a Savannah for a pet, but then i read the Mass pet laws, and it said that it's illegal to keep hybrids as pets, and I think that's wrong. Savannahs are wonderful animals. They aren't dangerous or savage just because they're part Serval. That goes for every other hybrid animal that know why it's misunderstood. I don't even know why it's illegal to own a hybrid like a Savannah. It can't be the climate, cause Massachusetts has the same climate has New Hampshire, and they're legal there. It can't be the population, cause they're legal in California, a state with the highest population. The bottom line is, if you know how to take care of the hybrid you want to keep as a pet, then you should be able to keep it. I hope there's alot of people who want to sign this petition, cause there are many hybrids that make great pets.
