Make Puppy Mills Illegal in Florida!
Puppy mills are cruel and inhumane. See the way these animals live out their lives until their breeding days are over. Animals are forced to live in cages with little food and water and no medical care. Then they are killed cruelly, and all for the sake of money! Is money really worth the death of all these poor animals? Please sign this petition and also contact your state representative to outlaw this practice.
