Make Scott County Arkansas Wet

Scott County has been dry long enough. Some people have to drive over an hour to buy any alcohol. Scott County could bring in lots of funds to help with roads etc if they would allow alcohol as all the counties around it are also dry. Many people will buy alcohol in Scott County instead of having to drive for hours. It's time they modernize just a little.
