Keep Mr. Avram Teaching Physics at Connally H.S!
Topic: This petition is in regards to Pfluggervile ISD decision to not renew Mihai Avram%u2019s teaching contract for the 2011-2012 school year.
Requested Action: The undersigned would like Pfluggerville School Board to appeal the non-renewal decision and have Mihai Avram as a teacher for the 2011-2012 school year. We believe Mr. Avram has made a significant impact on the students that have undergone his class. We feel as if losing him as a physics teacher next year would be negative for the learning environment of Connally High School.
When signing this petition, please include your High School and Graduation Year ie Connally 07' and your relation to Mr. Avram ie (Parent of Current Student, Student, Coworker). Also, if at all possible, please include a picture of your signature (for validation purposes). This can be done my simply scanning in your signature or using a program like Paint to electronicallly create your signature.
The undersigned would like to see Pflugerville ISD Board reappoint Mihai Avram for the 2011-2012 School Year. Many students have stated that Mr. Avram's class was the reason they have the study skills required to complete college coursework. Many have also accredited him to the reason they have continued upper level education in the field of Physics. He has made a signfiicant impact on the students and has provided them with essential skills for their future. Losing him as a teacher would negatively impact the learning enviroment at Connally High School. We urge you to reconsider the decison made to not renew his contract. The undersigned believe he is well deserving to continue as a Physics Teacher of Connally HS. Thank you for your patience and time.
