National and international support is needed to stop clear cutting of forest land that hosts many wild life species of flora and fauna. This is a place of great natural beauty for generations to come. Destruction of this land and its creatures is irreplacable and shortsighted. Again $ for short term profit . There are other places that this could be built.

It should not be used for housing development and clearcutting should be prevented. There are already thousands of citizens who are against this development in our backyard. Developers are about to go ahead with clearcuuting despite opposition from Native elders, locals and many thousands of people who value this beautiful area.
In addition, many hibernatiing creatures, forest flora and fauna will be destroyed for ever. It is also believed to be a historic site for native archaeology and more research is needed to protect artifacts.
