               Here is a classic case of a "feeding the lions, and damn the innocent"
Shane Ramsundar, 49, of 101-35A  !20th Street in Sounth Richmond Hil;l, Queenns,
New York, and his wife and daughter were convicted by a jury of ripping off $2 million
from their neighbors  while posing as a U.S. Immigration Officer.

               According to public records, Shane, and family scammed 12 victims out of a
great deal of money promising to them off a "terroist list." This is in addition to the other
charges.

               However, commenting on recent revelations regarding the "Wikileaks" in-
vestigation, Gary Traustine writes, in the NY Daily News, Voice of the People"----
"Once ytou've taken on government it must be difficult to find a more despicable cast
of characters to expose. . ." (Daily News, pg. 32 (12/05/10). IIt's a shameful mess
when innocent people are rushed into a courtroom and convicted upon the evidence
presentyed in this horrific trial--likwen rthwe "Scottsboror Boys Trial" solely due to
the family's actual Black back-ground.

              In every situation involing a criminal case, according to the court ruling
in "People  vs.  Barboy, 410, New York Supplement, 2nd Series, pg. 96 (1967)"
it is the duty of the prosecutor to investigate the crime---not just mouth the accusations
from the cops and alleged victim. Addirtionally, it is axiomatic that persons coming before
a trial court are entitled to raise any defense before an "unbias judge." (read the Supreme
Court's ruling in "Bracey  vs. Gramley," 117 S. Ct. 1793, and "National Archives, etc.,
  vs.  Farish," 124 S.Ct. 1570, 1581-82, and a fair trial. Most respectfully, certainly we
can appreciate the Apostle Paul's arrest as described:

"When he had come the (Prosecutor) who had come down from Jerusalem stood about
and laid many serious complaints against Paul which they could not prove. . ." (ACT 25:7,
the Bible).

                Here, Shane and his Family befriended many Queens neighbors. However, it
is clear that this family became a jealous target and scapegoats for the real crooks. For
instance, Allegedly the Port Authority Police became involved in the investigation here. It
was that agency  that sent it officers into the case. But we all know that cops are under
orders to fake an crime so as to get their individual vacation or suffer  what all cops do>

Too, in New York a large degree of arrest are based upon both culture and race. Shane
is not fare from being a victim of that.

                      Yes the US Justice Department musrt take a look into this matter as a
truley good family has been destroyed due to a lazy and hundry police investigation
spear-headed by the Queens DA's Office.
