Stop Hurtful Petitions

I found a petition created to get rid of the state of Illinois.  Thankfully, no one signed, but the fact that the petition even existed was hurtful.  The petition stereotypes the entire state of Illinois and everyone in it as being useless.  This site should not be a tool for inconsiderate people to use to make the world the place they want it to be. 
Please sign this petition, and I will send it to Care2, asking them to delete the petition to get rid of Illinois, and to check the content of petitions more carefully.  Thank you.
