The Rowland S.Howard Laneway Project

We are petitioning the Port Phillip Council to name the laneway between Eildon Road and Jackson Streets St. Kilda to Rowland S. Howard Lane.
This is to acknowlege the enormous contribution of the late Rowland, a St. Kilda local, to music not only here in Melbourne but in Australia and the world.
