Wearing Baggy Pants Is Not A Crime
Twenty-year-old Deshon Marman, a football star at the University of New Mexico, was arrested on several charges connected with his failure to pull up his baggy pants on US Airways Flight 488 from San Francisco International Airport on Wednesday, June 15. He was detained until Friday, when he was arraigned and released on bail. San Mateo County prosecutors are deciding whether to press charges.

On Wednesday, June 15, twenty-year-old Deshon Marman was arrested on several charges connected with his failure to pull up his baggy pants on US Airways flight 488 from San Francisco, CA to Alburquerque, NM. He was subsequently held for two days before being arraigned and released on bail on Friday, June 17.
It is our understanding that you have not yet decided whether to file charges against Marman.
We respectfully ask you to drop all charges against Deshon Marman.
