Towing Companies Targeting the Residents at Missionary Village Apartments

Loopholes in the policy at the Missionary Village Apartments are targeting the vulnerable residents at the government housing project on Corder and Scott. The tow is designed to protect the residents from illegal parking not to hurt the 70 plus families that actually live there with their families and children. A parking sticker expired is an oversight. The tow companies come on a Friday evening when the office cannot be reached to verify licenses and residency. The office will not reopen until Monday at 1 pm while the vehicle is racking up fees. This is a scam that hurts and is targetting the unintended residents. A person who actually lives there should not pay a tow fee due to an oversight. All tows should be verified before proceeding.
