Find the person who stole and left 1,500 tortoises for dead at an airport and bring the person to justice!

    Tortoises a living animals, they could live many many years if they are properly cared for. The person who left these little tortoises for dead at an Airport is cruel, and only planned to turn then into some sort of Commodity. He /she shouldn't get away with this! They were stolen in the first place!
