Sierra pines property managemnt team is a corrupt and abusive business well known for stealing peoples deposit at the end of contract. Not letting people record videos in walk throughs and harrasing familys at night. Loosing rent checks and demanding extra payment. Home owners need to be aware of the destruction this company can do to families.
Solution; this mountain community needs to come together and stop the monopoly of the sierra pines property management team and there ways by
-use another company, bass lake, or century 21.
-spread the word.
-protect eacother we are a mountain family.
Would you like to see your family out on the street cause no return of deposit and no help for them.

Joe Topper is doing what Joe Topper does. He is sending me the manipulating emails you have all told me about. He is proving us all right on paper...He thinks that I am buying his law twisting words. What he doesnt know is I was a realtor, started and operated my own trucking company, have rented out my own places, and been a dental peofessional for 16 years. I am an educated woman and officially smarter than he is corrupt.

Wow! We are so proud of the community. Our voices are being heard. Although, no response from Joe himself, many home owners have contacted me for other companies to list with. I have emailed Joe directly with most of your loudest complaints and requesting a public apology and explanations of his major misconduct. Also, I have found a lawyer that is looking at this petition, please pray he decides to open this class action pro bono. KEEP IT UP OAKHURST. 27 YEAR IS OF HIS ABUSE IS ENOUGH.

Our heart was here in oakhurst already but we cant express the passion we have now. Please go read the petition stories & see how many people he has hurt. The petition stories are worth 1000 words. He has lied, stolen, & cheated. He has used some of our locals lowest moments in life (like cancer and family death) to gain financially. Please stay behind us giving us confidence and we will MAKE SURE he stops hurting families we care about. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR HANDELING THIS WITH GRACE & CLASS.
