Demolish the R&G Ranch next to Arcadia High School for Camden Living

The R&G Ranch (located next door to Arcadia High School at 4747 East Indian School Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85018) has been around since 1953. Looking at the ranch, it is in very sad shape and should be demolished.

I thought the property is a good suggestion for Camden Living (NYSE: CPT) to build an apartment community on the land. I had contacted the division saying that in Spring 2018, and got a response that they don't have plans to build a community in the neighborhood. I was rather mad at them.

Later in 2018, a new Camden opened a new community (Camden Old Town Scottsdale) here in the Valley of the Sun.

I urge the City of Phoenix and Camden Living to build a community next door to Arcadia High School.
