stop the banning of caphupcin monkeys pitbulls rotties I like

I like to have my caphupcin monkey for my esa I have esa English masstiff my daughter has a Shepard lab and their not welcome in a apartment or in a house the state of Connecticut banned monkeys when they can help the handicap or people with health issues I am not asking for all monkey just the caphupcin monkeys and I am not asking animals abusers they should be jailed lose their rights to have any animals including fish and should be checked by police or animal control twice a day everyday and should be registregistered with the court in every state and I feel very strong about the banning it not the dogs or monkey fault it the people who abuse and torture these innocent people who take these dogs the wrong way no animal is should be put in a dog fights and be tortured cause they dont want to fight pitbulls are very sweet and loveable dogs so arent the shepards and the caphupcin monkeys are loveable and not aggressive it how you raise them if there abused and shouldnt be they scared of being hurt and they show it by aggressive behavior and ot not right I love all animals I have a pitbull and a Shepard and a monkey any time cause I dont abuse animals and I dont believe in any animal abuse or torture thank you
