Pass 1,600 a month stimulus check for 12 months

The best way to save our economy and save lives is to pass a 1600 dollar a month stimulus check. However people in high office like Mitch McConnell are trying to stop that, and instead supporting corporate bail outs that are not stopping massive layoffs.
