Support Equal Rights for Native Americans in Racial Profiling

Native Americans deserve equal rights when it comes to racial profiling and racism. This is a topic that is extremely overlooked when it comes to law, policy and public awareness. According to the article Racial Profiling:Definition posted on the American Civil Liberties Union page, racial profiling is usually wrongfully defined. All definitions should include in addition to racially or ethically discriminatory acts, it should include discriminatory omissions on the part of law enforcement as well.
The PROFILED act of 2017 S. 748 wants to implement a set of guidelines for law enforcement to follow to protect citizens and permanent resident of the United States against racial profiling, racism, and unlawful arrest and detention. Within this bill, they do not include enough special recognition to Native Americans and their laws and policies they follow.
Sign this petition to include more recognition to Native Americans in this bill and give them equal rights and opportunities to repeal unlawful arrest, detention and being racially profiled.
