The Brewers Meadow Homeowners Association Board has consulted with legal counsel about the need to update our Homeowner Association documents which are often not adequate for effectively managing the Association, are not in full conformity with the current standards for homeowner associations, and not well tailored to Brewers Meadows neighborhood. Our HOA attorney tells us that the least expensive way to update is to replace the current documents with new ones while retaining any critical or desirable provisions from the current documents. This avoids doing "surgery" on the current documents which is harder for the members reviewing them to deal with and more expensive. The benefit is to have governing documents that are tailored to our community and more easily understood by the homeowners.
To accomplish the above goal, the Homeowners Association Board needs the support of 68% of the legal Home Owners, which is approximately 90 signatures.
By adding your signature to this petition, you are stating that you own a home in the Brewers Meadow neighborhood and approve the Board's request to the Association's legal counsel to prepare draft documents amending the Declaration and Bylaws of the Association to be voted on by the membership.
