The Path to end homelessness, now!

The outbreak of homelessness is increasing rapidly more than ever here in the center of Los Angeles. California cities such as Los Angeles populate the most homeless residents and continue to face the dilemma despite the existent resources of shelters and programs. With increasing prices of rent or housing units to family troubles, and the lack of attention towards mental health, homelessness elevates and desperately needs an instant plan to combat the issue.

Los Angeles Mayor, Eric Garcetti, proposed a formidable Measure H plan to encourage more affordable unit projects and greatly support more programs and shelters. However it is facing a hurdle from concerned residents who share reluctance to share their lot with a vagrant and many. This is where a new proposal must be installed, in which it will enforce the rule of Measure H by implementing a law to prevent others from discriminating or refusing to offer the basic neccisities and opportunities away from someone who needs to assistance, such as a homeless victim. This policy will further lessen the fears of residents by suggesting that both programs and housing companies cooperate with each other and create requirements that a homeless victim shall sustain their permanent home in exchange for fulfilling requirements to attend classes or gain services from the programs.

This will not only be a benefit to the victims but to the residents as this will be prove that they intend to rebuild their own lives rather than cause fear to the community.

Please take the opportunity to support this petition and rally attention to Mayor Eric Garcetti in order to propose talks about passing this proposal to the community. With your help, you can make a difference and save the lives of those from the streets and those close from facing it. Thank you and please share with your friends and family.
