Revoke ADA licence for Lion Killer Dr. Walter J. Palmer, DDS

  • by: Alfred Korn
  • recipient: The American Dental Association (http://www.ada.org/)

We, the concerned citizens of this great planet, hereby request that the American Dental Association (ADA) permanently revoke any license and or privilege granted by them to Dr. Walter J. Palmer, DDS, of Eden Prairie Minnesota, allowing or facilitating his practice of dentistry in the United States of America.
It is an outrage that Dr. Palmer be allowed to remain a member and or licensee of the ADA -a governing body concerned with caring for life and the well-being of others- when he so blatantly disregards the value of life as demonstrated by his cruel slaughter of Cecil the lion and numerous other big game kills over many years.
While we acknowledge and respect the practice of hunting as part of our collective reality when performed in accordance to applicable laws and regulations, and in the best interest of the wildlife in question (culling), for the purposes of sustaining a local population or for personal consumption, Dr. Palmer has demonstrated no such respect and has, according to Safari Club International , a record of 43 bow-and-arrow kills for pure sport and personal satisfaction.
Is this the kind of human being that the ADA wants as a representative of their industry? We have faith that they do not and that the ADA will do everything in their power to discipline Dr. Palmer and revoke all license and or privilege bestowed on him by the ADA.
