Move Oregon to a county based electoral college voting system

Oregon is not being properly represented by the popular vote anymore, concerning many subjects.

I'm tired of fighting them subject by subject. Aren't you? Let's end this now once and for all.

Its time we take a broad approach. Let's end all the nonsense in our state once and for all. Let's push a 1 county = 1 vote where by the popular vote in your county wins your counties electoral college vote regardless of population in your county here in Oregon. That would finally take the power away from Eugene and Portland in ALL subjects. Giving the majority of Oregonians their voices back in our state elections.
