Save Pebble Creek from becoming a Brownfield designation

    A brownfield designation is intended for distressed and/or under-utilzed urban properties, which Pebble Creek is neither. The contaminates are not currently a threat until tampered with. It would allow the owner to cleanup only in order to sell to develop 300+ homes and possible commercial use. Express your oppostion now. Vote against the Brownfield designation of PC. Allow the funds to go for the nitended use
