Metal Detectors for Friendswood Independent School District schools

Friday, May 18, 2018, ten (10) souls were massacred at Santa Fe High School. Santa Fe lost nine (9) students and a substitute teacher to gun violence. Santa Fe High School is about ten miles from FISD. Santa Fe HS has an exemplary school safety system but it does not have metal detectors. FISD needs a better school safety system AND metal detectors. Please sign this petition so we can show our FISD administration and FISD School Board that the community wants this for the safety of our schools.
