In Vancouver, Aug 27, 2007 Nicole Parisien was murdered by Alberta Adolescent Recovery Center (AARC) counselor Andrew Evans. He beat and tortured her then wrapped her up in a rug. He threw her away with the the evidence like a piece of garbage. Within minutes of dumping her body Andrew phoned Dean Vause (Director of AARC) and stated “I think I might have killed somebody” Instead of advising Andrew to call the ambulance and the police, Dean Vause advised him to flee the scene and return to Alberta. Her neighbor heard her screams and went looking for her and when the police arrived her body she was still warm. Attempts were made but it was too late to revive her. It is possible she may have survived had Dean Vause of AARC not advised him to leave the scene. What he did was wrong. Aiding and Abetting. Vause should be charged as an Accessory after the Fact.
AARC currently supports murderer Andrew Evans who was sentenced to life but is out of jail on parole and working on his degree in psychology. Dean Vause was never charged for his part in the death of Nicole Parisien and he continues to work with youth at AARC.
