legalization and taxation of Marijaunia

     Dear President Obama , We the undersigned , after much thought and discussion, respectfully request that you lift the prohabition on marijuania, regulate the sales : by selling only to adults through state liquor stores which will enable the government to collect tax on it. Legalization in Holland has been proved safe and our government needs the tax money. A tax of 10% should provide an excellent source of revenue. The government would also realize savings in the prison systems. This could also supply a new source of income tax as commercial growers could be legally taxed. We would also like to request that a small personal garden be legal ( small=5 or fewer plants ). Thank-you
