IACC in Indianapolis Indiana is the worst shelter I have ever seen. If an animal is brought there with ANY issues,(i.e. sick, injured, old) it is AUTOMATICALLY euthanized. Especially pitbulls. The animals are not given any positive reinforcement so behavioral issues are not corrected. Filthy cages with feces, nothing but a cement floor & inadequate room & surroundings. All animals should b given a 2nd chance but at IACC that's rare.
