Prohibit sex offenders to live near children and schools

I recently found out that the state of pa doesn't have any laws prohibiting sex offenders to live near children and schools and I myself have 3 children that I need to keep safe and protect I need signatures to have a law passed that any sex offender can't live near children or schools
