End Miami-Dade County Animal Services overinflated fees!!!

Help reduce the fees that animal services charges in Miami Dade County for dog tags ($65) as well as charging owners and exaggerated amount when they are overdue ($165) especially when they are responsible to actually register their dog in the first place and never received a reminder to pay for the tag via mail or email yet the violation gets mailed perfectly but not the reminder!
