By signing this petition, I am expressing my concern for the inhospitable guest parking conditions at Lector 85. In the current state, the lack of parking is causing safety issues for those driving down 2nd Avenue and turning in and out of the resident garage. The lack of parking not only inconveniences the residents, but guests as well. They are being towed at their expense, or unable to visit at all. This is not the "sleekest standard of living" that Lector 85 claims to provide as "one country of the most luxury apartments Tampa offers." We propose that guests be allowed to park in the visitor parking garage as well as the parking lot, at all hours until retailers begin to occupy space within Lector 85. These signatures will be sent to building management and Milhaus Properties.
