Demand an Halt to the Starlink Sky Pollution

Space X intends to put 12000 satellites in the sky without any scientific backup and environmental impact studies.

After the launch of 60 of them, it becomes pretty obvious that these satellites will perturb and modify the night sky humanity knows, and as such, will impact the biggest "World Heritage Site" we all share.
Even further than environmental issues, the night sky is the only window we have to see the Universe. How come a private company could decide if mankind will deserve to learn more about the universe or not?
