Include Funds for Expungement Clinics for Cannabis Offenses now Legal in Massachusetts

We call on the Speaker of the House, the Senate President, and the Cannabis Control Commission to include in their budgets, funds for expungement clinics throughout Massachusetts for those currently convicted, serving, or have served for non-violent related cannabis offenses no longer considered illegal under Massachusetts state law per M.G.L. c. 276, Sec. 100K (a)(2).
