Protect Our Children from Pedophiles

My aim is to start a petition aimed at keeping pedophiles permantly encarcerated or given the death penalty.
My 10 year old grandaughter Heather Thomas/Aspin was abducted and murdered by a pedophile. He got 25 years with No Chance of Parole for 25 Years. My granddaughter got a Life Sentence of Death on Oct 1st, 2000.
This monster Shane Ertmoed will be out in 25 years and will molest and murder again. I want Canada to change the laws allowed within our legal court system to make it a mandatory life sentence without any parole for all pedophiles. Or better yet bring back the death penalty in Canada. Please help make this happen before another monster is released to kill again.
