make the parking lot at the Senoir center for Senoirs only

Many seniors that go to the senior center need to have close parking available. All seniors have physical impairments and cannot walk very far, some are even wheel chair and walker bound. To have to park a block away and on the street to get to the functions at the senior center is very difficult and even physically dangerous. We demand now that the parking lot at the senior center is made for senior parking only.
