Wavier for a child to play where they go to School

Location: Elizabethton, TN

My son school system does not have a Pee Wee league and my son is going into the fifth grade and i want my son to be able to play where he has played and going to play not just for my son but for others to come after him. its not the childs fault so why should he be the person to change
