PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION ,the offender (STEPHEN WAYNE ROBSON) brutally murdered my 23 year old daughter LARA MICHELLE ASHCROFT in ROCKHAMPTON on 7th April 2001 he has served 15 YEARS of his life sentence and is now living in EMERALD QLD. He was released on the 11th April 2016. Due to the reactions from the public on social media when this story went to air in the Morning Bulletin on the 13th April 2016, their meter hit the highest peak at 1,780 shares. Comments came from one end of the state to another.
I as LARA'S mum is now campaigning to have him sent back to prison or be moved to somewhere else further than 3 hours away to an estimated 6 hours would be preferred as he would be allowed to visit into Rockhampton if he needed to see any specialists. This is unfair for this offender to be anywhere here in the Capricorn region in Queensland for the fear of standing beside him in hospitals shops and ect for the thought of recognizing him, this would create an embarrassing situation for all.
This is my only way for you to HELP me to HELP you the people that wish to have him removed from this local area. I need for you to SIGN this petitution so i can contact our police minister and to take this to Hon Bill Byrne to revoke this decision that the parole board has granted without consideration of you the public.
