Demand restitution for WastePath breach of contract

    It is not uncommon for WastePath to contract with residential homeowners fir waste removal and fail to provide services paid in advance. The company policy is to decline credit or refund in instances of breach of contract, and we are requesting restitution. Affected individuals must seek either alternative means of disposal for services contracted or suffer unsightly waste buildup and the subsequent health risks associated with the above.
