Emery Middle School Should Not Have School Tomorrow Friday November 3, 2017

The Houston Astros have won the World Series for the first time ever in its history. HISD (Houston Independent School District) has cancelled school for tomorrow. This is because of the parade that will occur tomorrow. The streets close at 12:30 and the parade starts at two. This is a once in a lifetime experience and we are just asking for the school to be reasonable in the sense that we should have a day off tomorrow.
