Demand Justice for the Death of Milton Hall

  • by: Danny Cozzi

Nobody should be gunned down by police without just cause. Mr. Milton Hall carried only a knife, and was surrounded by six police officers. No taser was used, no pepperspray, not even a K-9 unit which was present on the scene. He was no threat to well-armed and well-trained police officers.

46 shots were fired by Saginaw Police Officers at Mr. Hall. If you believe in justice and equality, sign this petition. Demand action to be taken against the officers who exercised tragic misjudgment and violent brutality.

This petition requests the immediate removal and prosecution of the six Saginaw Police Officers responsible for the death of Mr. Milton Hall.

According to the Saginaw Police Department Website (http://www.saginaw-mi.com/Government/Departments/Police/), the section titled “Values” reads as follows:

“We are committed to upholding the public trust by serving the community with integrity, honesty, accountability and respect.”

Due to recent violent acts resulting in the death of Mr. Milton Hall, this petition argues that the violation of these values challenges the credibility of the Saginaw Police Department. As witnesses to this heinous act of misjudgment and brutality we request those officers responsible for the death of Mr. Milton Hall immediately be relieved from their duties and be placed on trial for their unjust acts.

No man gunned down in the street shall be ignored by the people of America. It is the duty of all police officers to protect the people from injustice, not commit it themselves.
