Dog Groomers are essential business

Our pet's hygiene is important to their health. Many pets require grooming to ensure that their fur does not become matted and to keep them from over heating. I am requesting that let groomers be open in PA. There is limited contact between the owner and groomer. Payments can be taken via phone. Pets can be dropped off without entering the establishment.
