Protect the rare species butterflies from extiction

    Government of India has accorded permission to the Coal India Ltd to carry out the mining in Dehing -Patkai rain forest of Assam. If mining is carried out the habitat of butterfly will be destroyed for ever.
    Be it mentioned that Dehing-Patkai reserved forest is also known as Amazon of the east and it is the safe habitat of number of wlid life including thousand of variety of butterflies and out of which 30 are rare species as per records of the Forest Research Institute ,Dehradun (Uttarakhanda). The National Board for Wildlife, a statutory body constituted under Wild life Act 1972 on 7/4/20 has permitted the Coal India ltd to carry out mining in 98 hectares of land of Seleki ,a part of Dehing Patkai reserved forest .
    The butterfly is aesthetically pleasing tiny creature and becauseof its small size a minuscule group of individuls are engaging for their conservation . Let us join this small group of butterfly conservationist . Please take a little pain and sign this petition to protect this. tiny creature
