Give Animal Abusers Maximum Punishment

It has been proven that most killers start by abusing/killing defenseless animals, yet the punishment for convinced animal abusers is minimal. An animal is totally and utterly defenseless & dependant on their owner(s). The abuse can come in the form of being starved, chained, beaten, forced to fight, tortured, and/or killed.


It is time to give animal abusers something to fear: long term imprisonment!
I am demanding a change from President Barack Obama to end the suffering for defenseless pets. This includes putting a ban on Animal Testing. (Animal Testing should be outlawed! It is cruel & inhumane!)
