Allow "nose to curb" parking in cul de sacs.

Almost every resident who lives at the end of a cul de sac in Oaldale parks "nose to curb". The city is issuing warnings and citations for parking this way. They want us to park parallel with the curb, but the issue is there is no curb space to park that way. This is a very common issue in every city and there should be an exception for residents who live at the end of a cul de sac. The traffic is not being blocked in any way, there just isn't a way to park multiple vehicles parallel with the curb without blocking drive ways or causing other issues. There is a lot of stress behind finding parking and not being issued a ticket. Allowing residents to apply for special parking signs similar to the handicapped parking that other residents are allowed to get would alleviate the stress and bring revenue to the city, it's a win-win. We need to be able to pay for "angled parking allowed" signs for homes with limited curb space or allow exceptions for those who have to deal with the limited curb space at the end of a cul de sac.
