Justice for the Pit Stop Puppy's

The undersigned urge the District Attorney and court to move swiftly to prosecute Joelle R. Kott, owner of Pit Stop Puppy's Dog Rescue. Pit Stop Dog Rescue was raided on 01/29/2010. More than 60 dogs were seized. These animals were taken from both her home and kennels on "suspicion of cruelty and neglect." Though Ms. Kott has been charged for endangering her 2 children, and they have been removed from her care, the County of Niagara has not yet brought animal abuse/neglect/cruelty charges against Ms. Kott. We would like assurance these dogs will be represented in court and charges be brought against Ms. Joelle Kott for the serious crimes she has committed. We will be a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. We will support the D.A., courts, and citizens of Niagara County when they prosecute Ms. Kott and seek the maximum penalty the law allows. Ms. Kott needs to be punished to the full extent of the law. Animal abusers need to KNOW they will go to jail.
We strongly request that you focus your efforts to charge Joelle Kott with the most serious crimes that the law allows, and to prosecute her to the full extent of the law. Please seek the maximum sentence possible for Joelle R. Kott, owner of Pit Stop Puppy's Dog Rescue.  Ms. Kott's rescue was raided on 01/29/2010 and 60 dogs were seized total. The dogs were
taken from both her home and her kennels, citing suspicion of cruelty and neglect.
She intentionally misrepresented her business and knowingly starved those animals tat were in her care. She abused them on a daily basis. This cruelty extended to her own children as well. We ask the court to hear our voices for the ones who can not speak. Please punish this evil woman for the crimes she committed against the ones who trusted her most. We respectfully ask that you give her the maximum penalty allowed for intentional animal abuse.  This was a crime against all humanity.
Thank you for your time and efforts on behalf of those poor animals and children.
