Alilyana Tinsley was a victim of accidental drowning on January 21st,2018. C.P.S. seized custody of Lily due to custody issues. Ever since she has been denied visitation from family. She has suffered due to this her emotional development has stopped and physical as well. This is inhumane and MENTAL ABUSE TO this INNOCENT child. She has been donated the funds to have H.B
O.T. which is the same THERAPY that restored Eden Carrelson, also a victim of accidental drowning but is not being allowed to take advantage of this life saving opportunity by the court/CPS. We demand that any available medical treatment that could save her life or that is her constitutional right be allowed. Immediately.Let this INNOCENT child be allowed the love and comfort from her grandparents that she desperately needs to recover it is inhumane to deny her those things and instrumental to her recovery. She has been denied this for over 4 months!! We call upon you to save this toddler. We are in America and allowing this ABUSE TO continue to LILY. We demand she not suffer any longer.

Some wonderful people who have been following my sweet LILYS story on fb through her prayers for lily page have suggested that the page be reopened so we can get all the support needed on this petition and others if necessary a2 s I plan to remain proactive in this fight which literally is just that to save my precious baby. My daughter who has recently had her third baby is not up for the stress so if you want to fiollow the new one I will make posts regularly thank you all God bless you!!
