Conrad the dog is a 5 1/2 year old Pitbull mix who lives in Massachusetts. Like all other animals, all he needs in this world is love, kindness, and care.
But that's not what he received. Instead,
two people allegedly made his life hell with repeated beatings and starving him to the point of emaciation.

According to the witnesses' testimony, Conrad's life had been bleak. The abusive individuals apparently delighted in kicking and hitting the dog, even going so far as to bludgeon him with a blunt instrument.
Now, luckily, Conrad is receiving the care he needs and is with animal rescuers until he finds a safe, loving forever home.
But authorities must make sure these two abusive individuals never own or live with pets again -- not even as roommates.
